Eligibility Criteria
To keep the system fair for all creators, refund requests must meet all of the following:
- Timing: Submit your request within 7 calendar days of the original transaction.
- Usage: You must have consumed less than 50% of the purchased credits or subscription allotment (e.g., fewer than half of the included 4K generations, API calls, or studio seats).
